Charlotte Critical Mass will protest these practices this week with a route that will cover the roads that actions like this push cyclists onto.

This is a guide put out by @cabcosheriff on what existing North Carolina law has to say on what is and what is not an e-bike. There has been a lot of confusion on this, and they have cut through it with one easy guide. Mopeds and Motorcycles are great for urban mobility. They take up much less space than cars and tend to get better fuel economy, especially if they are electric.

We have a great ride coming up today! April 24 (Last Friday of the Month) 7pm, First Ward Park Our friends at @charlottepbls have reached out to let us know that they will be bringing their sweeper by today before the ride. What they do hits home for us, because as recently as yesterday, doing test runs for tonight's routes, our volunteers picked up yet another flat tire thanks to glass and debris in bike lanes.
