An invitation to all. I am going for a ride on the Slocan Valley rail trail this Saturday. It is a memorial ride for a fellow bikepacker who was slain. I hope to start at the Slocan Park trailhead at 1pm. If the snow is too heavy or the trail is not especially rideable, the South Slocan trailhead will be the alternate. If anyone who lives in or near the valley can comment on the state of the trail, I would be most grateful.
