How does "follow the Mass live" work?

Right now, at 13:08 CET, it says Verfolge die Critical Mass live auf deinem Smartphone! I'm in Munich and I have CriticalMaps turned on right now - Android. Is it supposed to have an iframe of criticalmaps? Should it maybe have a link to criticalmaps.net?
