Add City button missing

I'm trying to add events for Košice, Slovakia but currently there are no regions under the country of Slovakia. I cannot see an option to add cities or regions at a country level.

Can anyone help?

The eight regions of Slovakia are as followed:

Banskobystrický kraj Bratislavský kraj Košický Nitriansky Prešovský Trenčiansky Trnavský Žilinský

I added those regions and you should now be able to add cities after navigating into the region. You should see the "Add City" button on the top right corner.
